Zanzibar teams KVZ SC and KMKM SC have known the opponents they will face in the different 2026/2027 CAF Competitions.

The draw was conducted on Thursday by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) in Cairo, Egypt.

KVZ SC, the Zanzibar Premier League reigning champions have been placed to face Libya’s Al-Sweihli in the first preliminary round of the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League with the first leg to be played away.

The first leg will be played September 4-6^th, while return legs will take place September 11-13^th. In-case KVZ Sc advance to the next stage, they will face Espérance Sportive de Tunis (Tunisia) in the second preliminary round.

In the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup KMKM Sc will face Al Ahly Tripoli from Libya. The winning team will advance to face the winner between Al Hilal Alsahil (Sudan) and Welwalo Adigrat USC (Ethiopia).
