Zanzibar national team and KMKM SC goalkeeper Ahmed Ali Suleiman ‘Salula’ has signed for Azam FC.

The goalkeeper was signed on a two year contract and unveiled last week by the Tanzania Premier League side.

Azam FC Chief Executive Officer, Abdulkarim Amin ‘Popat’ said they were happy to sign a good goalkeeper who is coming to strengthen the goalkeeping department.

Ahmed Ali Sulaiman will have the opportunity to feature for his new club in the 2021/2022 CAF Confederation Cup.

Besides the Zanzibari goalkeeper, Azam FC has also been busy in the transfer market signing; Edward Manyama, Paul Katema, Charles Zulu, Rodgers Kola (Zambia), Kenneth Muguna (Kenya) and Idris Mbombo from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
