Zanzibar’s assistant referee Nasir Siyah was in action as Kenya battled Grenada in the Group A play-off match of the FIFA Series played on March 30^st at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali, Rwanda.

Kenya collected a 3-0 win against Grenada to finish third.

“I was happy to have officiated in the FIFA Series which comes to our region for the first time,” said Siyah.

In the Group A final hosts Rwanda defeated Estonia 2-0, while defeated Liechtenstein 4-1 in the Group B final. Tanzania settled for third place in Group B.

Suleiman Mahmoud Jabir, President of the Zanzibar Football Federation (ZFF) also attended the tournament together with Member Associations from Djibouti, Somalia, Tanzania, Uganda, Eritrea and Kenya among others.
